12-17-01 <br />Page 13 <br /> <br /> <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2001-31, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing <br />Modification No. 7 to the Professional Services Agreement with URS Corporation, formerly <br />known as URS Greiner for the North Chagrin Commons Development/S.O.M. Center Road <br />widening." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />- NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2001-31. <br />Council President Marquardt asked if there was any discussion. <br />Council President Marquardt said this was discussed in Finance significantly. <br />Dr. Parker said yes. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Readinst of Resolution No. 2001-09, entitled; "A Resolution requesting the Cuyahoga <br />County Treasurer to advance from the proceeds of tax levies for the collection year 2002." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a <br />resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Buckholtz, seconded by Mr. Ilacqua, made a motion to enact Resolution No. 2001-09. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Fir.st Reading of Resolution No. 2001-10, entitled; "An emergency resolution expressing <br />support for Ohio House Bi11290, Senate Bill 127, the Ohio Prescription Drug Fair Pricing Act." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole.
