Regular Council Meeting <br />3-20-00 <br />Page 16 <br />Mr. Buckholtz said that because Cleveland Clinic and University Hospital is such a part of our local <br />area, he would either suggest taking out the specific name Cleveland Clinic or add in the specific <br />name University Hospitals with the and/or any others language. <br />Mayor Rinker said it seems to make sense to him. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Ilacqua, made a motion to amend Resolution No. 2000-03 as Mr. <br />Buckholtz stated. <br />Mr. Diemert said the amendment will be reflected in Sections 2, 3 and 4. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Amended <br />Mr. Ilacqua, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2000-03. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />(as amended) <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining to the items under <br />"New Business" only. <br />There were no comments. <br />ANY OTHER MATTER THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />There were no other matters before Council. <br />CLOSING COMWNTS <br />Mrs. Mills thanked Council for passing the motion for the donation to the Historical Society. <br />Mr. Busa suggested Council find enough monies for a microphone and stand for the Clerk and <br />the public to use. <br />Dr. Parker asked Mr. Hovancsek what is new with the above grade facility at Hanover Woods-- <br />he knows we are in a bad situation. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said he thinks we basically are. <br />Dr. Parker asked how we can reconcile that with the residents.
