Regular Council Meeting <br />3-20-00 <br />Page 4 <br />Planning and Zoning - Mrs. Mills reported that at their last meeting the committee unanimously <br />voted to approve the final layout plan for Governor's Village; this was discussed at Caucus; <br />everyone received a copy of the corrected version [of the site plan.] <br />Recreation Board - Mr. Buckholtz said the Board met last Wednesday following the registration. <br />(He quoted the number of people signed up.) The Easter Party/Lunch and Egg Hunt will be <br />Saturday, Apri115. Elliot Ross is staying on through the Summer to help us plan summer youth <br />softball through the end of May. The lights have been replaced at the pool and are ready for the <br />upcoming season; the sound system is in place but still needs to go through some testing to get it <br />ready. A subcommittee has been working with Toni S re the Parkview Pool Snack Bar. <br />Sewer Liaison Committee - Nlr. Buckholtz said there was no report. <br />STANDING CONIlVIITTEE REPORTS <br />Cable Review Committee - Mr. Ilacqua referenced the memo in Council's packet last week. <br />Hopefully after we hear from Dottie Fox we will be able to move forward. <br />Wage Review Committee - Mr. Ilacqua said this will be discussed in Executive Session. <br />S.O.M. Center Road Widening Workiniz Committee - Mr. Ilacqua said the committee will be <br />meeting tomorrow evening at 8 p.m. Finance Director Brett will be there. We will continue to <br />look at the bike path and any other relevant issues. He encouraged Council to attend the <br />meetings. Three items voted on by the Committee and recommended for Council's approval are <br />included on tonight's agenda; we will discuss them then. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-02, entitled; "An ordinance authorizing payment to the <br />City of Cleveland Water Department for the annual hydrant usage fee for the yeO 2000." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole.
