Regular Council Meeting <br />3-20-00 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Metzung said he felt the meeting with them went well. <br />Chief Mohr said he was also impressed and thinks in one week they have done more work than <br />they have in the last 5 years. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Council President Marquardt entertained a motion to go into Executive Session to discuss <br />personnel following the open portion. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to recess into Executive Session to discuss <br />personnel. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state <br />their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining to the items under <br />"Old Business" only. <br />There were no comments. <br />Council recessed into Executive Session at 8:33 p.m. (to discuss personnel matters.) <br />Council reconvened at 9:12 p.m. <br />NEW BUSINESS ' <br />¦ A motion to authorize approval of the fnal site plan for the Governor's Village Assisted <br />Living Facility at 280 North Commons Boulevard <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Buckholtz, made a motion to authorize approval of the final site plan <br />for the Governor's Village Assisted Living Facility at 280 North Commons Boulevard. <br />Council President 1Vlarquardt asked if there were any comments. <br />There was no discussion. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Site Plan Approved
