Regular Council Meeting 5-15-00 Page 15 Mr. Samac said yes. From what he understands, the Corps was adamant that they wanted to see something to delineate the wetland area out of there so they could make a deternunation before they would issue their pernut. The wetland area on the site plan Council approved delineates 3, 4, 5 acres west of the stream and that will not change. Discussion was held. Dr. Parker said his concern is that we have a lot of other development that will be going on with the Goldberg properties, we haven't felt the impact of the traffic flow from the Progressive property and he is concerned that we might end up with a new traffic problem. That is why he objected in the first place. He does not want to see something slid in before we know what type of plans we will have. Maybe things will work out great, but he felt that things were moving quickly when he read this article and saw that happen. Mayor Rinker said the challenge for us has been to stay ahead of that curve. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Reading of Resolution No. 2000-06, entitled; "An emergency resolution designating William C. Nadeau as the Plans Examiner and Arthur Ralph DeWalt as the Alternate Plans Examiner for Mayfield Village." Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
