<br />MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />January 28, 2002 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in regular session on Monday, January 28, 2002, at <br />8:02 p.m. in the Mayfield Village Senior Center/Community Room. Council President Bill <br />Buckholtz presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ilacqua, Mr. Marquardt, <br />Mr. Marrie, Mrs. Mills and Dr. Parker <br />Absent: None <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Brett, Mr. Cappello, Mr. Diemert, <br />Mr. Hovancsek, Mr. Metzung, Chief Mohr, <br />Mr. Samac, Chief Stevens, Mr. Thomas and Mrs. Roman <br /> <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />OPEN PORTION <br />Mr. Buckholtz asked if there were any comments. <br />Jeff Schiemann, 845 Hanover Road, addressed Mayor Rinker, Council President Buckholtz and <br />members of Council: on tonight's agenda is the second reading of Ordinance 2001-32 regarding <br />the rezoning of 3 parcels on Wilson Mills Road. I would like to ask Council to continue that on <br />to the next meeting, not act on that tonight, not refer it out for advertising and the associated <br />things that go along with the second reading. I have engineering drawings which I received <br />today which will be presented at a homeowners' meeting tomorrow night. Planning and Zoning is <br />planning a joint meeting between Planning and Zoning and Board of Appeals to consider that <br />and other issues. Mr. Diemert has just given me an example of a re-development agreement that <br />we will begin working on to be proposed along with some other things. There are a lot of things <br />going on related to that ordinance and I simply request that the action on that ordinance be <br />continued until the next meeting of Council. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any additional comments. <br />There were none. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />Regular Council Meeting - December 17, 2001 - Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a <br />motion to approve the minutes.
