Introduced by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br /> <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br /> <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2002-01. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion--does everyone understand the <br />reimbursement? <br />Mrs. Cinco said it is my understanding that this is instead of pieces and parts, this is kind of an <br />umbrella for the package. <br />Mr. Brett said for all but the major software components. <br />Council President Buckholtz said this is for a wonderful grant the Police Department has taken <br />upon themselves. I don't know if Lt. Dearden directly has been working on this; he has been <br />perfecting the art of grant-writing proposals. <br />Mr. Brett said this is probably the 4th or Sth grant we have received. <br />Council President Buckholtz said he's done a great job. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted
