2-18-02 <br />Page 14 <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2002-03. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />There were no comments. . <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Mr. Ilacqua addressed Council President Buckholtz: Prior to addressing the next item on the agenda, <br />I would like to recognize that we have two Cub Scouts in the audience this evening. As part of their <br />process of being Cub Scouts, they were asked to come to a public meeting and observe it. (They <br />introduced themselves.) <br />• Executive Session (Personnel Matters) <br />Council President Buckholtz: The Executive Session is for personnel matters as well as real estate. <br />Mr. Maxquardt, Mr. Ilacqua, made a motion to go into Executive Session to discuss personnel <br />matters and real estate. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Council went into Executive Session at 8:45 p.m. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to reconvene the meeting at 10:27 p.m. <br />Council reconvened at 10:27 p.m. <br />Council President Buckholtz: The only business is that is left, we are going to leave Ordinance No. <br />2002-05 on first reading. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2002-05, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing the <br />Mayor to negotiate and enter into a purchase agreement with Nadette Nasseri as and for the <br />acquisition of real estate located at 586 S.O.M. Center Road." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Ordinance 2002-05 will remain on first reading. <br />OPEN PORTION - 3-minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state <br />their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining to the items under <br />"New Business" only. <br />There were no coinments.
