Company to proceed with the recodification of <br />the Codified Ordinances (last codified August 2000--through December 31, 2001) in an <br />amount not to exceed $6,000 <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in an amount not to <br />exceed $6,000 to the Walter H. Drane Company for recodification of the Codified Ordinances. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any comments. <br />There were no comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />• Liquor Permit Transfer - to request a Public Hearing or not <br />(Form must be returned to Division of Liquor Control by February 25, 2002 whether or not <br />there is a hearing.) <br />(Victor Gazdak Est./Helen Gazdak EXTX; DBA Mayfield Village Beverage, 847 S.O.M. <br />Center Road to Fred Gaertner; DBA Mayfield Village Beverage, 6668 Wilson Mills Road) <br />Council President Buckholtz: We talked about this at Caucus--to request a Public Hearing or not. <br />I don't know that we need a motion or not. <br />Mr. Diemert: We had talked about having a motion one way or the other. All you can do is request <br />a hearing and Department of Liquor Control conducts the hearing. We have to have grounds for <br />objection. <br />Mr. Marquardt, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to accept the liquor permit transfer as it is. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Liquor Permit Transfer Accepted <br />• A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $28,850 to Signal Services <br />Company for the Opticom Equipment on Wilson Mills Road
