Regulaz Council Meeting <br />4-22-02 <br />Page 12 <br />Mr. Brett said this is for the Goldberg properties. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2002-15, entitled; "An emergency ordinance accepting the <br />dedication plat of a thirty-foot water easement across Village owned property." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2002-15. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any comments. <br />There were no comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Resolution No. 2002-08, entitled; "A Resolution of Appreciation to James M. Smith." Introduced <br />by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Marquardt, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2002-08. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any comments. <br />Mrs. Mills said she attended a Board of Health meeting last month. The other municipalities had <br />given Resolutions of Appreciation to Mr. Smith for all his hard work. He is also a Mayfield Village <br />resident. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2002-09, entitled; "A Resolution supporting the approval of the proposed Mayfield I <br />Village School District Levy which will appear on the May 2002 primary ballot." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole.
