Regular Council Meeting
6-17-02
Page 21

Mr. Samac explained if we were to put it in perspective as was done in regard to the Goldberg
building, I think we are talking about the same type of thing.
Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any other comments.
Council President Buckholtz said I would like to add one other comment that occurred to me.
We had just gone through a long, laborious process with a commercial vehicle ordinance and we
had talked at that time too in relationship in what might be determined recreational vehicles that
may sometimes be parked in front lawns and stuff. So, that's kind of how I am going to approach this. He
requested Ms. Calta read the wording for the motion.
Dr. Parker asked granting this or overturning this would still require for the appropriate
Architectural Review, correct? So, they are still bound by that.
Mr. Samac said absolutely.
Ms. Calta read the motion as follows: A motion to reverse the decision of the Board of Appeals
in Case No. 2002-03 regarding the Miozzi Property located at 511 S.O.M.

Council President Buckholtz requested a motion.
Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to reverse the decision of the Board of
Appeals in Case No. 2002-03 regarding the Miozzi Property located at 511 S.O.M.
Roll Call: AYES: All
NAYS: None
Motion Carried
Decision of the Board of Apueals of Mav 21, 2002 REVERSED-(Case No. 2002-03) for a
525 square foot variance to allow a 1,200 square foot accessory building on the Miozzi Property
located at 511 S.O.M.
• A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $22,800 to Pavement
Technology, Inc. for the 2002 Asphalt Street Rejuvenation Program
Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of
$22,800 to Pavement Technology, Inc. for the 2002 Asphalt Street Rejuvenation Program.
Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any comments.
?
?
There were no comments.
Roll Call: AYES: All
NAYS: None
Motion Carried
Expenditure Authorized.
21
