Council President Bill Buckholtz <br />presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Marquardt, Mr. Marrie, and <br />Dr. Parker - <br />Absent: Mr. Ilacqua and Mrs. Mills <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Brett, Mr. Cappello, Mr. Metzung, Chief Mohr, <br />Mr. Samac, Mr. Thomas and Mrs. Roman <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />QPEN PORTION', <br />Tliere were no comments. <br />? <br />C _ .. . I agree it was good discussion earlier. The other <br />point I wanted to let everyone know, on a sad note, we've learned that just yesterday Judge <br />Grogan's wife passed away. I was aware that Saturday night they actually had a birthday party <br />for one of their grandchildren. Then, I heard about this, this morning. Our sympathies to the <br />family. (He asked who had the information.)
