<br /> <br />> <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />8-19-02 <br />Page 13 <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2002-29, entitled; "An emergency ordinance appropriating <br />funds for curren`t expenses & expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period from January <br />1, 2002 and ending December 31, 2002 and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2002-29. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any comments. <br />There were none. <br />Mr. Brett said this was laid out in memos I sent to Council. Does anyone have any questions? <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2002-31, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing and <br />approving the purchase of two thermal imaging cameras from Finley Fire in an amount not to <br />exceed $28,000.00 without the necessity of advertisement and formal bidding." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2002-31. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, any discussion?
