We presented to Council for consideration. We had a workshop
session on September 19th and discussed a special use permit request for Lake Shore
Dance and Gymnastics at 701 Beta Drive.
Council President Buckholtz asked Mr. Samac, as long as we're on that, is it an oversight
that The Planned Residential Unit Development Ordinance is not on the agenda.
Mr. Samac said the reason is we have not had the time to compile everything and we did
want to bring it to Council Caucus meeting first. I didn't think it appropriate to do it the
next day. I'm still trying to get that pile about so high together for you.
