- ~ Regular Council Meeting <br />9-23-02 <br />Page 24 <br />~. <br />Council President Buckholtz said we voted already on the First Reading of Resolution <br />2002-15, Debbie, but there is a mistake in it. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to seek <br />financial assistance from the State Issue II Infrastructure Bond Program for funding of <br />the Eastgate/Meadowood Drive Sanitary Sewer Project Fund and the words - Worton <br />Park Waterline Replacement Project should be removed. <br />Mr. Brett said and it should be replaced with Upper 40 Riparian Rehabilitation Project. <br />Council President Buckholtz reauested a motion to apurove wording change to <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2002-IS to read as " A Resolution authorizing the <br />Mayor to seek fmancial assistance from the State Issue II Infrastructure Bond <br />Program for funding of the Eastgate/Meadowood Drive sanitary sewer project fund <br />and the Upper 40 Riparian Rehabilitation -Phase III Project. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr, Marrie, made a motion to approve the change to Resolution <br />No. 2002-15. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Change Approved <br /> <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2002-37, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending <br />the wage ordinance No. 2000-14 to reimburse Village employees for the difference in _ _ <br />copays resulting from the Village's new health care plan with Anthem PPO. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2002-37. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, any discussion? We are just making it equitable with <br />the F.O.P. contract and all other employees of the Village. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Marquardt, Mr. Marrie, <br />Mrs. Mills, Dr. Parker <br /> <br />
