A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to seek financial assistance from the State Issue II Infrastructure Bond Program for funding of the Eastgate/Meadowood Drive Sanitary Sewer Project Fund and the words - Worton Park Waterline Replacement Project should be removed. Mr. Brett said and it should be replaced with Upper 40 Riparian Rehabilitation Project. Council President Buckholtz reauested a motion to apurove wording change to First Reading of Resolution No. 2002-IS to read as " A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to seek fmancial assistance from the State Issue II Infrastructure Bond Program for funding of the Eastgate/Meadowood Drive sanitary sewer project fund and the Upper 40 Riparian Rehabilitation -Phase III Project. Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr, Marrie, made a motion to approve the change to Resolution No. 2002-15. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Change Approved First Reading of Ordinance No. 2002-37, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending the wage ordinance No. 2000-14 to reimburse Village employees for the difference in _ _ copays resulting from the Village's new health care plan with Anthem PPO. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2002-37. Council President Buckholtz asked, any discussion?
