Regular Council Meeting 10-21-02 Page 29 First Reading of Ordinance No. 2002-38 ,entitled, "An emergency ordinance authorizing and granting various easements to the East Ohio Gas Company d/b/a Dominion East Ohio as an for the relocation of a gas pipeline in connection with the S.O.M. Center Road Widening Project." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2002-38. Council President Buckholtz asked, discussion?
