Regular Council Meeting <br />10-21-02 <br />Page 8 <br />"" <br />Mr. Thomas said 29, I believe. <br />Council President Buckholtz said I ran into a lot of that going on. Everybody draws a little <br />crowd here and there and it seems to be a nice thing. <br />Mr. Thomas said we put a note in there about a new resident. <br />Mr. Marrie said they were on 20 different windows. <br />Sewer Liaison Committee -Council President Buckholtz said I have no report at this time. <br />Dr. Parker said I just have 2 more items to add for items that were added to the Finance <br />Committee agenda. (Note: This was added to the end of the Finance Committee Report.) <br />S_.O.M. Center Road Widening Committee -Mrs. Mills said an ordinance for the gas line <br />replacement along S.O.M. is on the agenda tonight. Our next meeting will be October 29 at 7:30 <br />p.m. in this room. Mike Burgess and Gerard Negebauer who is responsible for the right-of--way <br />acquisitions will attend. A meeting with O.D.O.T. is scheduled for November 6. <br />OLrD BUSINESS <br />r-- <br />Council President Buckholtz said we are going to move into Old Business and I have a <br />recommendation to (and I don't think it requires amending the agenda) but I would like to make <br />a suggestion that we hold the Open Portion for just a moment and move into New Business. <br />OPEN PORTION - 3-minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first <br />state their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining to the items <br />under "Old Business" only. (Note: This Open Portion held after the first item under New <br />Business.) <br />NEW 13US11VESS <br />• Consideration of Board of Appeals' Case No. 2002-8: 845 S.O.M. Center Road, <br />David Steigerwald; Zoned Local Retail <br />1. A request fora 55-foot front yard variance to Section 1165.05 (a) to allow <br />construction of a proposed single building for use as a combined liquor and beverage <br />store <br />Note: The 55' variance is from S.O.M. Center Road. Existing buildings are 30'. <br />2. A request fora 16 parking space variance to Section 1183.05(11) to allow <br />construction of a proposed single building for use as a combined liquor and beverage <br />store. <br />_ Note: Code requires 72 parking spaces; they are showing 56. <br />_j <br />
