MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />November 18, 2002 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in regular session on Monday, November 18, 2002, at <br />8:00 p.m. in the Mayfield Village Senior Center/Community Room. Council President Bill <br />Buckholtz presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Marquardt, Mr. Marrie, <br />Mrs. Mills, Dr. Parker and Mr. Riter <br />Absent: Mayor Rinker <br />Also Present: Mr. Brett, Lt. Dearden, Mr. Hanculak, Mr. Hovancsek, <br />Mr. Metzung, Chief Mohr, Mr. Samac, Mr. Thomas and <br />Mrs. Roman <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />OPEN PORTION OF MEETING..........5-minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to <br />speak must first state their name and address. <br />There were no comments. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: Re~.ular Council Meeting -October 21, 2002 <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to approve the minutes. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />COMMENTS FROM MAYOR RINKER <br />Mayor Rinker was not present. <br />COMMENTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT BUCKHOLTZ <br />Council President Buckholtz had no comments. <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS: <br />Service - Mr. Metzung said we are in the middle of leaf season now. While the leaves didn't fall <br />earlier in the year, they certainly are down now and they are wet. So, we are a little behind but <br />we are doing everything we can. to reach every resident once a week. That will continue to be <br />our goal. <br />
