Is that a discussion? Mr. Thomas said if the weather is conducive, we will have a small surface for people to ice skate outside. If the weather is not conducive, it will not be available. Council President Buckholtz asked, when will you know? That will be wonderful. Sewer Liaison Committee - Mr. Buckholtz said there was no report. SPECIAL COMMITTEE REPORTS: S.O.M. Center Road Widening Working Committee -Mrs. Mills reported as of November 15, URS has reported 57 parcels have signed agreeing to the right-of--way acquisitions. I had compiled some of the other figures on parcels but this is all changing this evening.) There is a Resolution, 2002-17 requiring acquiring in fee simple for the necessary properties for the right- of-way. The Village has completed the acquisition of the easements needed for the relocation of the gas lines. This project should be completed by December 31, 2002. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to recess into Executive Session for the purposes of discussing real estate.
