Regular Council Minutes <br />11-18-02 <br />Page 6 <br />Mr. Thomas said no, absolutely not. <br />Council President Buckholtz said I have a quick question on the Rec report. Did you mention a <br />new sheet of ice at Wiley? Is that a discussion? <br />Mr. Thomas said if the weather is conducive, we will have a small surface for people to ice skate <br />outside. If the weather is not conducive, it will not be available. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, when will you know? That will be wonderful. <br />Sewer Liaison Committee - Mr. Buckholtz said there was no report. <br />SPECIAL COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />S.O.M. Center Road Widening Working Committee -Mrs. Mills reported as of November 15, <br />URS has reported 57 parcels have signed agreeing to the right-of--way acquisitions. I had <br />compiled some of the other figures on parcels but this is all changing this evening.) There is a <br />Resolution, 2002-17 requiring acquiring in fee simple for the necessary properties for the right- <br />of-way. The Village has completed the acquisition of the easements needed for the relocation of <br />the gas lines. This project should be completed by December 31, 2002. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />OPEN PORTION - 3-minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first <br />state their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining to the items <br />under "Old Business" only. <br />There were no comments. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />^ Executive Session -Real Estate <br />Council President Buckholtz said I would like a motion to go into Executive Session <br />for matters of real estate. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to recess into Executive Session <br />for the purposes of discussing real estate. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Council went into Executive Session at 8:29 p.m. <br />
