Regular Council Minutes <br />11-18-02 <br />Page 9 <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />^ A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $4,000 to the Commission on <br />Aging for its 2002 budget allocation <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of <br />$4,000 to the Commission on Aging for its 2002 budget allocation. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />There were no comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />^ A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $63,000 to 32 Ford Mercury for <br />the purchase of three (3) police cars <br />Mr. Riter, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of <br />$63,000 to 32 Ford Mercury for the purchase of three (3) police cars. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />There were no comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />^ A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $11,990 to Pitney Bowes for a <br />series 3 folder/inserter system <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of <br />$11,990 to Pitney Bowes for a series 3 folder/inserter system. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any further discussion on this. <br />There were no comments. <br />
