Special Meeting Minutes <br />12-30-02 <br />Page 4 <br />Mrs. Mills asked, what did you say about Krenzler? <br />Mr. Brett said it's going to be filed. <br />Ms. Calta said Mt. Vernon is going to be filed. Whitehaven--same status as Musca. Their <br />headquarters is not in Cleveland so it's currently in Texas and due back any day. <br />Mayor Rinker said and fy.i., they've been very receptive to the idea of using some more of their <br />property for the trail system itself so that's going to be a nice plus. <br />Council President Buckholtz said so they stay on the ordinance although we have a verbal <br />agreement. <br />Ms. Calta said correct. <br />Council President Buckholtz said okay, great. <br />Mr. Marquardt asked, so far it's Musca and VVhitehaven that are on the ordinance? <br />Ms. Calta said correct no- <br />Mayor Rinker and several other people said: Linkas, Krenzler and Mt. Vernon also. <br />Ms. Calta said Harth is going to be filed but I think we are going to file a petition. And the <br />Nassieri's--this is an update from what~5 minutes ago? <br />Mr. Neugebauer said about 6:00. I met with Nassieris and they signed both of their properties <br />this evening. <br />Ms. Calta said so we will not be~filing on Nassieri. <br />Ms. Calta said Christian, we are filing a petition; Costanzo, filing a petition; Kinnaird, filing a <br />petition; Mt. Sinai (Mr. Neugebauer said no, we received it.) Moss/White-actually there's an <br />agreement that's in circulation; there's a few different family members that have to sign that <br />that is due back- <br />Mr. Neugebauer said that is one where a couple of days might clench it; it's also in the next <br />County. <br />Mr. Riter said but we are going to file-right? To make sure that we have it in place. <br />Ms. Calta said they're in agreement; it's just that we don't have the agreement. <br />Mr. Brett asked that will go to Lake County Probate Court? <br />
