That was it. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Council President Buckholtz said Mr. Marrie is not here and I <br />don't believe there was any activity on that committee. <br />Historical Societv - Mrs. Mills said we are working two days a week to meet the March 1" and <br />2na opening for the Ohio Bicentennial which will be from 1-4 in the afternoon. Bids have gone <br />out for the replacement of the lighting fixtures on the second floor. Officers will be installed at <br />the February 12th meeting. <br />M.A.R.C. - Council President Buckholtz said again Mr. Marrie is responsible for M.A.R.C. <br />Board; he is not here and Mrs. Cinco said they usually don't have a meeting in January. <br />Mr. Thomas said they met January 9t' and the next meeting is scheduled. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked any activity we need to know about, Bill? <br />Mr. Thomas said they just discussed programs and there is a shared program with the Chess Club <br />and we split a substantial amount of profit; it's a 50-50 split. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked how is the Chess Program? About how many kids? <br />.? <br />Mr. Thomas said it's going very, very well. About 30 kids. <br />Ordinance Review Committee - Mr. Marquardt said no report. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Marquardt said no report. <br />Recreation Board - Mr. Thomas said the Recreation Board met on January 15 and discussed <br />programs and facilities. The next meeting will be held on Wednesday; February 19: This is the <br />same night that we'll hold our Summer Camp and Softball Programs for registration. <br />Sewer Liaison Committee - Council President Buckholtz said I know there was no meeting but I <br />will just instruct Donna to send a memo or defer that to Joanne Cinco, Patsy Mills, and Bill <br />Marquardt and perhaps have an organizational meeting or just I'll review what projects need to <br />be coming our way or some literature there. If we get any conversation from the EPA or <br />Cuyahoga County. <br />Mayor Rinker said one tliing and I'm going to ask Phil on the floor here. We have, for two years <br />in succession applied for Issue 2 funding for a sanitary sewer project and other road <br />improvements including storm for the Meadowood area.
