Mr. Marquardt said no matter what I am looking at where is fihe bottom line now compared to the <br />` other 9 million that was originally part of the original estimate. <br />? <br />Council President Buckholtz said it is not necessarily really that you have to do but you get it <br />provided by URS and you review it and just make sure it looks good to you. <br />Mr. Brett said I will pull up the last uses and resources. <br />Council President Buckholtz said because they provide that stuff to the S.O.M. Widening Committee <br />pretty regularly. <br />Mrs. Mills said they haven't for a while. <br />Mr. Marquardt said I haven't seen any updates. <br />Mrs. Mills said no; we haven't had anything. That's what I said--- <br />Council President Buckholtz said that's govd; you asked for that at the last meeting. Although we <br />don't have another meeting for a while so we'll get that to Council. <br />Mrs. Mills said the status of the Logalbo property. <br />? <br />•,? Mr. Riter said what I've heard is still word of mouth is that Steigerwalds were buying the Daffy Dan <br />?-- building on Mayfield and that they had some deal with Carney...... that is as much as I know. <br />We've heard nothing further with Steigerwalds. <br />Mrs. Mills said nothing formal. <br />Mayor Rinker said nothing period. The only thing that we have heard is that they were either buying <br />or had a deal for that building that is next to Brueggers. I was just by there the other day and there <br />was some sign in the window about some other business that is going to go in one of those little <br />shops there---- <br />Mrs. Mills said the next thing is the Methodist Church. <br />Mayor Rinker said well apparently Shirley Jay came in late because they just announced-and we <br />got a flier--- <br />Mrs. Mills said well Wanda brought that to me and I gave that to Phil today. <br />Mayor Rinker said they are looking to break ground sometime by August. <br />Mrs. Mills said April lst <br />Mayor Rinker said Pm sorry, April 1 St. August 2001 is when they tried to. So now they are April <br />'? -? l". Basically our contract with them is up, roughly, in the Fall.
