Regular Council Meeting <br />2-17-03 <br />Page 17 of 20 <br /> <br />Council President Buckholtz said also a note: <br />• Note: Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2003-02 re Planned Residential Development <br />(PRD) deferred to Regular March Meeting <br /> <br />Council President Buckholtz said also deferred to the regular March meeting. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2003- 03, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing the <br />advertiseinent of bids and specifications for the furnishing and installation of all labor, equipment, <br />materials, appurtenances and incidentals required to widen and reconstruct 2.14 miles of S.O.M. <br />Center Road (S.R. 91) from Wilson Mills Road to White Road." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2003-03. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />There were no comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Mayor Rinker said if I may, as anticlimactic as that vote was, we may find that it is very historic. <br />We will see. <br />Council President Buckholtz said I don't know if historic is the word but it will certainly be-phones <br />will be ringing, let's just say. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2003-04, entitled; "An emergency ordinance creating certain <br />positions and compensation therefore relevant to the Summer Camp Program."
