as a very strategic piece of property to acquire. Again, Issue One application requires that when
you purchase land, it is going to be dedicated as stream restoration purpose; there is some rough
land on the front and on the back, as well as the stream-bed itself-when we walked back in
there before and we talked about it before, really, it is a beautiful area; it is a beautiful park-like
setting. And we think that as this S.O.M. widening develops, pieces of property like this are
ones that we want to be able to retain in the Village's portfolio. So these are the two big
acquisitions, Zako--the agreement in principle is that we purchase it by September of this year;
with Dr. Falkner, the commitment is that we will be able to pay this out over 3-year increments.
And each year, assuming that Issue One dollars are made available, that project is continued.
We will break this up into 3 separate applications to try and get some--recoup it that way. And
ultimately, with the crossing that we have here, this is where we have the south underpass, this
will again be strategic for purposes of S.O.M. widening and the park system development, so I
wanted to point those out and again I would ask, if we can, at a special meeting, so you can get
more material in your packets and then we can look at this. Our deadline for filing, I think, is the
end of the month. That at least gives us several days lead time to do that. And the resolution
simply to be authorized to go ahead and make the Issue One application. Phil, I don't know if
there is anything else to add---
Mr. Brett said right now I sent out a draft of a resolution that only includes the first two projects.
And, again we thought with a little more time, we could try and create applications for the 2
other projects and try and leverage local dollars with state dollars.

Mayor Rinker said and the only other thing I want to highlight to everyone, just because these ,
things are starting to gel, now that Spring is in the air, we've had discussions and we've alluded
to this in the past with Skoda and Minotti, the brief history there: several years ago, they had
approached us before they joined up with CBIZ, when they were Skoda, Minotti and Reeves, and
then SMR, which is essentially a financial services firm, and they own this property (Mayor
Rinker indicated on the map - 6685 Beta Drive) the back portion of which everyone recognized
as the Racquet Club, which has a ground lease with Skoda, Minotti, so that runs with the
property, it's the front southerly portion that fronts on Beta, they are looking to come forward to
the Village, finally, they are proposing a roughly 20,000 square foot, 2-story building to add on.
They want to expand. SMR had looked at this a number of years ago and approached us and
there was discussion then about-even they wanted to look at these 3 properties on the
frontage-which made a very sensitive discussion indeed. They ended up not going forward
with those plans, they joined up with CBIZ, CBIZ moved to Independence, and I'm not sure
what the arrangements were within the business, but the partnership that is Skoda, Minotti now;
the entity that it is now, the principals broke off from CBIZ and returned to this site of November
of 2001, they had roughly 40 employees at that time. This is all white collar work. They are up
to 200 employees today and they still are growing. This was the same kind of curve that they
were on several years ago. The nature of the business appears to be one that is very healthy.
This is a business we've been unabashedly wooing, and especially with some of the other things
that we are seeing, and then we have one issue that is already pending; it is kind of polar
opposites when you look at the other property that is under consideration for how that ;
development history-the direction which that is pointed, it's gratifying to see something like '
Skoda Minotti looking. The key here though is that they are going to be looking for parking
