Did everyone receive their Spring/Summer Brochure? <br />It was mailed-Phil, you did not get yours; we'll make sure that you get a copy. But did <br />everyone receive one? I know that Mike said he didn't get one-I don't know why-they were <br />mailed out about 2 weeks, I believe. And we're holding Summer Camp and Softball <br />Registration this Wednesday here in this room at 6:30 to 7:30. I just wanted to remind everyone. <br />Thank you. That's all I have to report. <br />Council President Buckholtz said thank you, Mr. Thomas <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Activities Committee - Mayor Rinker. Mayor Rinker said I will defer to Donna but as you all <br />noted we have a big turnout, at least 140 people now which I think is the biggest we've had for <br />our Appreciation Dinner coming up this Saturday. Donna, anything else you want to report? <br />Mrs. Roman said no; nothing else. <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Samac said Architectural Review had a meeting on the 13th <br />of February. We did give the final approval on the architectural characteristics of the house <br />being built on Bramblewood; the last lot. That was the extent of our meeting. <br />Board of Appeals - Mr. Samac said we had no meeting since my last report. <br />Cemeterv - Mrs. Mills said there is no report this month. <br />Citizen's Advisorv Board - Mr. Riter said Citizen's Advisory will be meeting on February 24tn <br />End of report. <br />Commission on A2ing - Mrs. Mills read the report from Human Services Director Eunice <br />Kalina (attached.) <br />Safetv and Service - Mrs. Cinco said Safety & Service met on February 3rd. We had a brief <br />discussion about the suggestion to provide free cell phones or emergency call buttons to senior <br />residents. I know that Chief Mohr is looking into this and also Lt. Dearden. We have not yet <br />made any decision but we felt that maybe Eunice could see if there is a program out there about <br />the emergency call buttons--the details and the cost; and also to advise us if there are people in <br />financial need. We will keep this on the agenda until some decisions are made. We had an <br />update on the Water Management Phase 2. We had a discussion on the Wiley 2 retention basin <br />and the softball field development. That's all.
