Center widening; we <br />also recommended $4,000 for paint to Sherwin Williams for floor coating for the Service <br />Building; (This will be the end of the painting for the floor because it will be all painted then.) <br />The next motion we deferred the action on; it was in the amount of $9,000 to Lake Business <br />Products for a purchase of a Canon digital copier which Bernie is going to find out some more <br />information on that. The next recommendation we had was to authorize an expenditure in the <br />amount of $10,000 for the demolition of 2 houses on Wilson Mills Road at 6180 and 6186. <br />That's it. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mr. Riter said no report. <br />Historical Societv - Mrs. Mills said the Mayfield Township Historical Society is putting the <br />finishing touches on the new displays in the school house log cabin and early pioneer tools [and <br />artifacts] in the basement. At the Bennett VanCuren House Museum, Saturday and Sunday, <br />March lst and 2nd, 2003, from 1 to 4 will be an open house to celebrate the beginning of Ohio's <br />Bicentennial as the 17th State in the Union. All are welcome. And I hope you all received your <br />invitations to that. And hope you'll be there. <br />M.A.R.C. - Mr. Marrie said no report this evening. <br />Ordinance Review Committee - Mr. Marquardt said no report. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Marquardt said Planning and Zoning held an Organizational <br />Meeting on February 3rd. Jim Farmer was elected Chairman; RalphNewman Chairman Pro <br />Tem; Wes Marrotte the Board of Appeals' representative and Deborah Garbo as the Secretary. <br />Recreation Board - Mr. Marrie said the Recreation Board will meet this Wednesday at 7:30. <br />The following will be discussed: program updates for our current youth and adult sports and <br />activities as well as other youth activities. They will be planning for the Summer programs, also <br />for the annual Easter Party on Saturday, April 12th. We also discussed the 3 recreational board <br />members needed to interview the Debbie Hudacko scholarship candidates on Tuesday, May 6 <br />and the 2020 Vision and recreation development south of Parkview Pool. That's it. <br />Sewer Liaison Committee - Mr. Buckholtz said my name is listed there and I have no report <br />and I don't believe they've rnet. <br />Council President Buckholtz said but, I'll just take this moment to-Donna, can we make sure <br />that we correct the Finance Committee report will be given by Mrs. Mills; Hillcrest Council of <br />Councils is now Councilman Riter and Sewer Liaison we will have to determine who will carry <br />that out. <br />Stormwater Mgt./Drainage & Infrastructure - Mrs. Cinco said Doug gave a preliminary <br />report there. As you can see by your minutes, we've been very busy. If you've had a chance to <br />read that over, we can discuss that now--if there's any question on this program that will be <br />submitted on March lOth. And, again, we will be voting on the intent next month-on the 3`a <br />So, now is the time to discuss it if anybody understood it.
