The upper stream <br />area- <br />Mr. Marquardt asked how much will they cover? <br />? <br />f <br />Mr. Brett said they're only going to cover 160. <br />Mr. Marquardt said 160 out of---- <br />Mayor Rinker said 160 but they are jointly applying with us for the grant. The grant is the bulk <br />of the work--- <br />Mr. Brett said no, we've still got 300 in there that's our---- <br />Mayor Rinker said well then lay it out. <br />Mr. Brett said and again we haven't---we can sit down tomorrow and---- <br />Mayor Rinker said yeah but Council should've had the rudimentary; we can't ask Council to <br />approve something if they don't have the basic components. I did not know that that was not---- <br />Mr. Brett said basically probably $600,000 in grants, $300,000 Village contribution and then <br />$160,000 for the Metroparks. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked from the Metroparks? Mr. Brett said yes. Council President <br />Buckholtz said so they would contribute 160; we'd contribute 300 participation and the grant is <br />how much? <br />Mr. Brett said $600,000. <br />Council President Buckholtz said that's a sizeable---- <br />A few side discussions were held. <br />Mr. Brett said I'll get that tomorrow. <br />Mayor Rinker said and the thinking is that scoring of this for all of the areas that are impacted <br />will put this high on the list for Issue One consideration. <br />Mr. Marquardt asked, what is a million plus doing for us? <br />Mayor Rinker said well it's buying peace for the Metroparks first of all for something that has <br />been an ongoing battle, an old-time battle, but a conflict---- <br />Mr. Marquardt said physically what are we doing?
