MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL Mayfield Village March 3, 2003 The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session on Monday, March 3, 2003 at 8:00 p.m. in the Mayfield Village Senior Center/Community Room. Council President Bill Buckholtz presided. _ ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Marquardt, Mr. Marrie, .. Mrs. Mills, Dr. Parker, and Mr. Riter Absent: Mr. Brett Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Lt. Dearden, Mr. Diemert, Mr. Hovancsek, Mr. Metzung, Chief Mohr, Mr. Samac, Mr. Thomas and Mrs. Roman Council President Buckholtz said our main order of business is to pass an ordinance on the stormwater management program. I'll have more information. on that. First Readins of Ordinance No. 2003-07, entitled; "An emergency ordinance adopting a stormwater management program and authorizing the Mayor to submit such program to the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2003-07. Council President Buckholtz asked, discussion? Mrs. Cinco asked do you want to do the presentation right now? Mr. Metzung replied I think it makes more sense to do it before you vote on it. Mrs. Cinco said that's what I mean. This starts our discussion period so before we vote--- Mr. Metzung said thank you. If you give me a couple of minutes of your time we will go through the plan-the basics of the plan. We completed it as of the 24th. We reviewed it with Kyle Dreyfuss Wells of the Chagrin River Watershed Pa.rtners and we've been able to have a very assessable and working plan.
