So what do we have to do now? We've amended once. Dr. Parker said the only benefit this does is give them the knowledge that yes, it's okay but there's some stipulations associated with it; we don't have them yet---they may just want to know where we're heading. Council President Buckholtz said let me ask for a point of order. I don't think we are prepared to vote on this right now; I think it isn't worded correctly, and clearly, above all, the issue of an easement has to be defined and as you say at their expense and submitted with the language and thaYs not in here at all. What do we do right now to cancel? Ms. Calta and Mr. Riter said you table the motion. Council President Buckholtz asked for a motion to table.
