Regular Council Meeting 4-21-03 Page 13 Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $3,889.85 to Lake County Sheriff for February prisoner fees (will be reimbursed) Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $3,889.85 to Lake County Sheriff for February prisoner fees. (We will be reimbursed by Cuyahoga County.) There was no discussion. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized ¦ A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $10,000 to Squires and Dempsey for legal fees in connection with the TIF agreement with 5koda & Minotti. Mr. Riter, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $10,000 to Squires and Dempsey for legal fees in connection with the TIF agreement with Skoda & Minotti. ---- Dr. Parker said it was mentioned in our Finance Committee meeting that the fees would probably be paid in the first year of our TIF alone so it's a good thing for the Village. Council President Buckholtz addressed Mr. Brett and said thank you for the memo on the TIF's; it really gives us a good understanding of what they mean. Falkner, Inc. as and for the acquisition of real estate located at 710 S.O.M. Center Road and referred to as parcel l." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Ordinance No. 2003-11 was given first reading. First Reading of Ordinance 2003-12, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a purchase agreement with Edward R.
