Mr. Riter, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of <br />$10,000 to Squires and Dempsey for legal fees in connection with the TIF agreement with Skoda & <br />Minotti. <br />---- Dr. Parker said it was mentioned in our Finance Committee meeting that the fees would probably be <br />paid in the first year of our TIF alone so it's a good thing for the Village. <br />Council President Buckholtz addressed Mr. Brett and said thank you for the memo on the TIF's; it <br />really gives us a good understanding of what they mean. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />First Reading of Ordinance 2003-11, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing the <br />Mayor to enter into a purchase agreement with Edward R. Falkner, Inc. as and for the <br />acquisition of real estate located at 710 S.O.M. Center Road and referred to as parcel l." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Ordinance No. 2003-11 was given first reading. <br />First Reading of Ordinance 2003-12, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing the <br />Mayor to enter into a purchase agreement with Edward R.
