Mayfield Village Zoning Code <br />(a) Two Car Attached Garagt- Each dwelling unit shaU have a two cat attached garage. <br />The muiimum atea being not less than 400 squace feet <br />(b) Guest Parking. One guest parlcing space (nine feet by twenty feet) shaU be provided for <br />every two dwelling units in the project The tequited guest parking spaces shall not <br />include either the garages, the driveways in front of the garages, or parking on private <br />streets. <br />(c) Parking Restrictions. No person shall keep, park, store ar allow to be kept, parked or <br />. stored any motor vehicle, truck, tractor, semi trailex or trailex in a Planned Residential <br />Development District, except passenger automobiles or motorcycles not used for <br />commexc,ial, business, o= manufacturing purposes. This section shall not, however, <br />prohibit the following uses in such use distdct <br />(1) Trucks making bona fide delivexies to or pickups from the premises where thep are <br />parked, but only for so long a time as is reasonably necessary to make such <br />deliveries or pickups; <br />(2) Vehicles necessarilp used in connection with the legal construction, altering, <br />repairing, removal or demolition of buildings, appurtenances and toads for such <br />time as is reasonably necessary to perfottn such work; <br />(3) Vehicles used by or on behalf of the V'illage or anp other governmental body; <br />, (4) In Planned Residential Development Distdct, vehicles necessarily and customaxily <br />incident to the opetation of any attached house or common area. <br />(5) Commexcial vehicle shall mean as defined in section 1157.07 (B) <br />(6) Truck shall mean as defined in section 1157.07 (C) <br />1159.07 ACCESSWAYS AND PRNATE STREETS <br />(a) Private streets shall have a m;r,irr,um pavement width of twenty-four (24) feet <br />(b) Access waps or driveways which serve more than two (2) dwelling units shall <br />have a minimum width of twenry-four (24) feet Access waps ox driveways <br />serving less than three (3) dwelling units shaU have a minimum width of <br />sixteen (16) feet <br />(c) Each Planned Residential Development District shaU be provided with <br />sidewalks. <br />(d) The Planning and Zoning Commission shall establish the numbex and location <br />of access drives from exisring public streets to the project which the <br />Comtnission determines will maXimi7e public safety, adequatelp manage and <br />rnauitain traffic flow on exisring streets, and be convenient to the xesidents <br />of the proposed development <br />, <br />r <br />4
