Mayfield Village Zoning Code <br />---.? indicate the general concept of development fox the entire project area. The application <br />? shall include: <br />(1) A site plan and any other maps or plans necessary to show the majox details of the <br />proposed planned residenlial development must contain the following m;nimum <br />infonnation: <br />i. Boundaries of the area proposed for development, dimensions and total <br />acreage. <br />ii. The location of all existing structures and access points. <br />ui. The existing site conditions including contours, watercourses, flood plains, <br />unique naturdl features, and forest cover. <br />iv. The general size and location of all proposed dwelling units. <br />v. The general location and size in acres or square feet of all ateas to be <br />conveyed, dedicated, ox xeserved as open space, public parks, recseational <br />axeas or facilities, school sites, and similar public and semi-public uses. <br />vi. The proposed circ.ulation system of local streets, private streets, access <br />ways, off-street parking ateas, and major points of access to public right-of- <br />ways. <br />vii. The general layout of the exisring and proposed pedestrian cixculation <br />, system, including its interrelationship with the vehicular cirrculation system. <br />(2) A general landscape pla.n indicatitig: <br />i. The treatment of materials used for open space and common areas. <br />ii. T'he proposed treatment of the perimeter of the planned residential <br />development, including rnaterials and technique used such as screens, <br />fences, and walls. <br />iii Natzxral features to be consexved. <br />(3) Sufficient information on land areas adjacent to the proposed planned residential <br />development to indicate the relationships between the proposed development and <br />existing and proposed adjacent areas, including land uses, zoning classifications, <br />densities, circulation systems, public faalities, and unique natural features of the <br />landscape. <br />(4) Illustcations (either elevations, renderings or photographs) and/or a written <br />description of the type and quality of dwelling units anticipated for the <br />development <br />(5) The exisring and p=oposed urility systetns presented in text or graphic form <br />including sanitary sewers, stortn sewers, water, electric, gas, telephone lines, surface <br />g water drauiage, and stortn water drainage systern. <br />? <br />6
