<br />Regular Council Meeting <br />5-19-03 <br />Page 1 <br />MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />May 19, 2003 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Regular Session on Monday, May 19, 2003 at 8:00 p.m. <br />in the Mayfield Village Senior Center/Community Room. Council President Bill Buckholtz <br />presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Marquardt, Mr. Marrie, <br />Mrs. Mills, Dr. Parker, Mr. Riter <br />Absent: None <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Brett, Ms. Calta, Mr. Cappello, Lt. Dearden, <br />Mr. Metzung, Firefighter Panzero, Mr. Samac, Mr. Thomas and <br />Mrs. Roman <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />OPEN PORTION OF MEETING.......... 5-minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to <br />speak must first state their name and address. <br />There were no comments. <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINLTTES: <br />Public Hearing =Apri121, 2003, 2003 - Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to <br />approve the minutes. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Regulax Council Meeting - Apri121, 2003 - Mrs. Cinco, seconded by 1VIrs. Mills, made a <br />motion to approve the minutes. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br /> <br />COMMENTS FROM MAYOR RINKER <br />Mayor Rinker said we have made the first cut on the NRAC [Cuyahoga County Natural <br />Resources Assistance Council] Issue One application dealing with stream restoration for both the <br />Falkner and Upper 40 projects which go around S.O.M. to the Chagrin River basin. It's a 1.2 <br />million dollar project. These are projects we did riot think we would make the first cut on.
