Council President Buckholtz replied right. Mrs. Cinco said at this point it's not a <br />guarantee that it would be done. Mr. Riter added non-binding. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Marquardt, Mr. Marrie, <br />Mrs. Mills, Dr. Parker and Mr. Riter <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No, 2003-18, entitled; "Revising the zone map of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio so as to amend the use classification of 6.6 acres of vacant land located on the <br />west side of S.O.M. Center Road immediately south of the Mt. Vernon office building also <br />known as permanent parcel nos. 831-13 -002, 831-13-003, 831-13-006 and 831-13-008, from <br />its current classification of U-1 "Residential District" and "Office Laboratory" to "Planned <br />Residential Development." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (To be <br />referred to Planning after First Reading.) <br />Ms. Calta said this is going to be given first reading and it will be referred to P&Z for review. <br />Resolution No. 2003-02, entitled; "A Resolution of Appreciation to Howarcl Maier." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. [Note: Res. No. changed to 2003-031 <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Riter, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2003-02. <br />Council President Buckholtz said for those who don't know, this is for Howard Maier who <br />received an honor from the Mayfield Schools recently. He is also the Executive Director of <br />NOACA. He graduated from Mayfield Schools and was honored at this year's VIP dinner. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Executive Session - Real Estate and Personnel <br />Council President Buckholtz said at this time he would like a motion to adjourn into executive <br />session to discuss real estate and personnel. He will let the audience know that we will not be <br />voting on anything when we come out.
