Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, May 15, 2017 <br />Page 15 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Jerome asked, is this basically, we have zoning and ordinalices for a reason and they axe <br />basically saying we are keeping them from doing what they are doing and we are saying we have <br />to stand by our- <br />Mr. Diemert replied, our ordinances could be declared unconstitutional. That's the allegation. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, any other inatters before Council? <br />Mr. Jerome stated, I apologize that I am going to miss the budget meeting on Monday but I am <br />sure Administration will do just fine without ine. I apologize. I would like to be there. I know <br />what is going on. I trust that they will give you the full picture between Ron Wynne and the <br />Mayor.
