So congratulations to <br />her. <br />I am also going to be amending the agenda this evening. There is an expenditure for Hi-Cap that <br />should be corrected. It is the first order of new business. It should be $5,650. I am also adding <br />to the agenda a motion not to exceed $105,000 for the property and casualty and risk <br />rnanagement insurance renewal which will be due as of June 30t" as our tenn expires at that <br />point. So just a heads up on those as well. <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS: <br />John Marrelli (Building) <br />. Board of .esppeals - We will be ineeting toinorrow to discuss the variance for the <br />assisted living dementia unit for North Coinmons. <br />. Ordinance Review Committee - We met last week and discussed temporary signs and <br />continuation of the marijuana moratorium. <br />Tom Cappello (Engineer) - Just a quick update. Work has begun ori Joyce, Heiningway, <br />Robin, Worton Park watermain replacement project. They are moving along pretty well. <br />Chief Carcioppolo (Fire) - Thank you everyone for supporting our department. It's a big day <br />in tlie history of our departinent. Everyone's very very proud and happy. The hydrants are being <br />painted in case you may or inay not have noticed. Those should be done probably within the <br />next inonth. They are being painted with reflective paint so at night they will reflect back so <br />they are easier to see. We are at 596 calls at this point. That's 80 calls ahead of where we were <br />last year at the same date. We are on track to do about 160 or more calls than we did last year. <br />We should figure around 1300. calls. <br />Shane McAvinew (Parks and Recreation) - <br />Senior Services - Reininder that the Senior Center will have its Mayfield resident picnic <br />on Wednesday, July 26t". If you are interested, you need to register by July 18th. Over 50 <br />seniors went to Coluinbus on May 16t' to tour the Governor's residence and gardens and <br />Franklin Park Conservatory. Mayfield Village Senior Center had a booth at the special <br />Radio Station Senior Day. COA member Ralph Tarsitano spent the whole day <br />volunteering distributing trips and flier information promoting the Senior Center. The <br />July foot clinic will be held on July 14th and July 21" in the Civic Center. Please register <br />if you are interested. The cost is $20. <br />This week we will begin our Gazebo concerts which will begin Wednesday at Noon. We <br />will be focusing this week on the band Silver Creek which was sponsored by Wickliffe <br />Country Place. It's a very good band. On July Sth we will have Eddie & the Edsels
