Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, October 23, 2017 <br />Page 4 <br />our Phase II stormwater management requirements which were enacted some months ago. As of <br />now, we may have one or two applicants, but nothing coming up soon. We do not have another <br />meeting scheduled. <br />Finance Cortamittee - Mr. Saponaro - We met this evening. We had 11 items on the agenda, all <br />of which were recommended for approval and are on the agenda this evening. <br />Safety and Service - Mr. Marrie - Mr. Marrie reported, we met on October 9t'. There were <br />two main items, the engineering design proposal for the traffic signal at SOM Center Road and <br />Hickory Hill Drive and the other one was the demolition of the house at 570 SOM. Both of these <br />items are on tonight's agenda for consideration <br />In-Committee Status Renorts <br />Civil Service Commission - Mrs. Betsa - We met on Tuesday the 17'h and approved the testing <br />agency and timeline for the promotional examination for Sergeant, entrance examination for <br />patrol officer, promotional examination for Assistant Fire Chief/Fire Marshal and entrance <br />examination for firefighter/paramedic. <br />OLD BUSINESS ?? <br />• Third Readin2 of Ordinance No. 2017-32, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />Authorizing and Directing the Mayor to enter into a new Lease Agreement with John and <br />Alyce Enkler for the purpose of continuing to lease the real estate located at 6500 Wilson <br />Mills Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143. Introduced by Mayor Bodnar and Council as <br />a Whole. (First Reading - 8/21/17; Second Reading - 9/25/17) (Finance Deparhnent) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2017-32. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? (First Reading - 8/21/17; Second Reading - 9/25/17) (Finance Department) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Jerome, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2017-33.
