(Recreation Department) <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? Pass throughs are what we collect up front <br />through fees and then we have to pay them the rent, so that is why it is considered a pass <br />through. (pass through) (Service Department) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of <br />$5,500 to the Cuyahoga County Soil and Water Conservation District for MS4 Services - Public <br />Involvement and Public Education. (pass through) (Service Department) <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />Mr. Wynne stated, I just wanted to mention for the record that this is a 2018 budgeted item and <br />after we pay it, we submit to the Sewer District for reimbursement. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, thank you. Any other discussion on this? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure- Approved <br />• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2017-41, entitled, "An Ordinance arrrending Sections <br />125.02, 125.04 and 125.05 of the Codified Ordinances relative to the Ordinance Review <br />Committee." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. (Law Director) <br />Council President Saponaro stated, this is on First Read. We can certainly have a discussion if <br />anyone wants to talk about anything right now. Otherwise, it will just be moved to Second <br />Reading.
