Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, December 18, 2017 <br />Page 24 <br />Mr. Marrie stated, thank you, Bill. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, Mayor Bodnar, you wanted to inake a comment as well? <br />Mayor Bodnar replied, yes. Thank you Council President. I would like to again thank Tom <br />Marrie for all of your years of service to Mayfield Village. I also wanted to thank Mr. Jerome <br />for your four years of service to us and all of your input and all of your preparedness. You have <br />always come prepared and ready to go. I appreciate that. It has been a service to Mayfield <br />Village. I also wanted to thank every member of Council as well as the Department Heads. It <br />has been a wonderful year, 2017, for the Village and it took everybody's participation to really <br />work hard with no objection to better Mayfield Village. I thank all of you. They say it takes a <br />Village. I thank the participation of everyone who comes to our meetings and offers your input. <br />Agree or disagree, your input is very important and we appreciate your participation. Finally, <br />Happy Hanukah, Merry Christmas to everyone. I wish you all a very peaceful, healthy and <br />prosperous 2018. Thank you. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, very good. We are going to move into Executive Session. I <br />am going to need a motion to do that. When we are done with Executive Session, we will come <br />back on the floor and have a motion to come out of Executive Session. Barring anything else, <br />we will adjourn. You are more than welcome to stay, but you are more than welcome to leave as <br />well. We will leave that up to you. <br />Executive Session <br />Motion to enter into executive session to consider the appointment, <br />employment, or compensation of a public employee or official. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to enter into executive session to <br />consider the appointment, employment, or compensation of a public employee or official. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None <br />Council went in to Executive Session at 9:10 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />Council reconvened for Regular Session at 10:15 p.m.
