P & Z Minutes <br />Feb 5, 2018 <br />Pg #8 <br />Dr. Parker said, I know he can read the minutes, but I think it would be good if we made an <br />extra effort to make him aware of that, whether it's through John, so he can't say he didn't <br />know. <br />Chairman Syracuse asked, Mr. Marrelli what are your thoughts on that? <br />Mr. Marrelli replied, I can reach out to Mr. Kinnaird that he needs to come up with a plan with <br />a cost to it within one week. <br />ECISION <br />Mr. Kless, seconded by Dr. Parker made a motion to approve the Final Site, Landscape & <br />Lighting Plan for ARTIS Senior Living East Commons at 285 North Commons Blvd as <br />proposed, subject to conditions as noted; <br />The Village Engineer and Fire Chiefls approval. <br />The Development Agreement heing finalized between the applicant and Mayfield <br />Village. <br />Mr. Kinnaird's reasonable approval & execution of an Agreement to meet the <br />condition satisfactory to Council prior to their vote on it, that the condition that goes <br />along with the "USE" Variance is being met. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Ayes: Mr. Syracuse, Dr. McGrath, Dr. Parker, Mr. Fikaris, Mr. Farmer, Mr. Kless <br />Nays: None Motion Carried. <br />Recommendafaon to Council. <br />?****?x************?**********?*********?:?*?x??***?**********?x?:*******?x*?***** <br />Lot Spfit & Consolidation Plat Approval <br />Skoda Construction, Inc <br />6492 Highland Rd. <br />Chairman Syracuse moved to the second proposal on the agenda tonight. The applicant is here, <br />please state your name and address for the record. <br />Chris Skoda, 6317 Kenarden Dr. Highland Hts, 44143 introduced himself. I'm here to answer <br />any questions. This lot split submission is primarily going to service a potential Planned Unit <br />Development should we get it approved. We're not actually asking to consolidate the two <br />properties right now until we gain approval because we don't want to end up with a six acre lot. <br />Chairman Syracuse asked, does anyone else have any guestions or comments? <br />There were none.
