Mr. Marrelli replied, they are. <br /> <br />Mr. Diemert asked, is there anything else you"wanted to explain to the Board? <br />Chairman Prcela asked, what are we trying to get at, that there's an availability of unoccupied <br />Office/Lab or there's a deficit? <br />Mr. Marrelli replied, all I could say is all of our Office/lab areas are in use. In my mind, I <br />believe that that could be used under the code the way it's written. ' <br />Chairman Prcela said, thank you for that clarification. We all value Mr. Marrelli's professional <br />opinion on the matter. <br />Mr. DiFranco asked Mr. Marrelli to explain the need for the Conditional Use. <br />Mr. Marrelli replied, the zoning is Office/Laboratory, it doesn't allow medical use without a <br />Conditional Use Permit. <br />1 Mr. DiFranco said, offics is professional- <br />a <br />Mr. Mazrelli said, that's not medical. <br />Mr. DiFranco asked, is there a specific definition for that? <br />Mr. Marrelli replied, medical is specific. <br />Mr. DiFranco asked, do we have any medical office zone? <br />Mr. Marrelli replied, no. To expound, there's a medical use in this one-story office area which <br />is called Jefferson Park. That's medical and professional on Wilson Mills. That facility is filled <br />and has been filled since its inception. <br />Chairman Prcela said, the existing Senior Living facilities are over here? <br />Mr. Marrelli replied, yes right across the street. <br />Mr. DiFranco asked, how did that come about? <br />Mr. Marrelli replied, that was court ordered. There was no Conditional Use Pernut or Use <br />variance for that.
