Our focus is on and we're a 100% dedicated community. Everybody is • <br />trained in that building to serve the dementia care residents. <br />Michelle Gorman said, as ours- <br />Mr..Feltman said, whether they're early onset dementia or not, we're there to serve. I'm just <br />telling you the facts. Michelle Gorman said I agree. I'm just telling you what I've seen- <br />Mr. Feltman said, I would just like to say, if we're approved, we'll work with you. <br />Michelle Gorman said, I totally get that. I was going to say something, but that's fine. We are <br />very good neighbors. I'm on the east side of the property. <br />Whoever is there and no offense to you personally, I'd rather not see anything built there but I <br />have no control over that. I want my business to be my business and their business to be their <br />business. I want to make sure there's maximum buffering #hat I could get and without <br />encroaching on my property. Things can be worked out. As far as the fence height, I prefer the <br />highest it could be. As far as the pine trees and mounds, are these trees going to be guaranteed? I want something in writing that if you put in S,trees and 6 of them die, is it my responsibility to <br />replace these trees? Those are my concerns. <br />Chairman Prcela thanked Mr. Kinnaird for his comments. <br />Mr. DiFranco asked Chuck, you live by Govemor's Village. Do you hear the ambulances? <br />Mr. Kinnaird replied, yes I hear the ambulances. I get the lights coming in and out of the <br />woods. <br />Mr. Jones states, two points. One, I beIieve that the Mayfield City School District has <br />experienced a$4 million decrease in revenue for the last couple years, although that doesn't <br />directly concern the village, it does concern the greater community and a couple hundred <br />thousand dollars from our facility I'm sure would go a long way for the schools.
