ORDINANCE NO. 2018-23 <br />Page 6 of 6 <br />(e) The level of risk, if any, to residents' health and safety. <br />Requests by a resident or residents for drainage and/or infrastructure improvements shall Ue in <br />writing, and shall be accompanied by the requisite application fee(s). Such requests shall outline <br />problems and needed improvements, ability to parhier with the Village or other neighbors to <br />fund the project, and the urgency of the requested corrective measures. The Drainage and <br />Infrastructure Committee shall review all requests in the order received. <br />The Drainage and Infrastructure Committee shall limit all approved projects to $10,000. <br />Projects that serve multiple improvements may exceed $10,000 if specifically approved by <br />Council. <br />Upon the Drainage and Infrastructure Committee's approval of a project, the resident or <br />residents shall have sixty (60) days in which to pay to the Village 10% of the total project cost <br />and execute any required documentation. If such amount is not paid and such documentation is <br />not executed within that 60-day period, the Drainage and Infrastructure Committee's approval <br />shall be withdrawn. <br />Approved partnerships with a resident or residents for improvement costs shall be in writing <br />in a form approved by the Director of Law. <br />(Ord. 2000-12. Passed 7-17-00.) <br />955.06 PERFORMANCE. <br />All work, as approved by the Drainage and Infrastructure Committee, shall be performed by <br />the Service Department or others specifically approved by the Drainage and Infrastructure <br />Committee under the direction of the Service Department. <br />(Ord. 2000-12. Passed 7-17-00.) <br />955.07 FUNDING. <br />The Village Council shall allocate $25,000 per year for use on projects to be determined by <br />the Drainage and Infrastructure Committee. <br />(Ord. 2000-12.
