Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, September 17, 2018 <br />Page 6 <br />Senior Services - At this point, we have 85 applications to opt in to the Snow Removal <br />Program. Please remind your neighbors that applications are due by October 8ih. The <br />next trip is to the Mtun Gardens in Barberton, Ohio. In October they will go to <br />Progressive Wine Tours. Both of these trips are sold out. There are still openings for the <br />Oglebay and Wheeling Island trip in November. The Annual Mayfield Art Show will be <br />accepting artwork up to October 12t" from 3:00-5:00. If you are interesied and aspiring <br />to be an artist, drop off your art at the show for entries. The reception is on Sunday, <br />October 14`h at 2:00 p.m. Foot Clinics are on September 28"', October S"' and October <br />19t" at the Civic Center. The cost is $25. The October CI'A luncheon and movie is on the <br />l Oth and the cost is $5. Reservations must be made in advance. The October lunch and <br />movie at Governor's Village is on the 17t". <br />;OLD.,BUSINESS . ,. <br />T'hird Reading of Ordinance 1010. 2018-23, entitled, "An emergency Ordinance <br />amending Chapter 955 of the Codified Ordinances relative to Drainage & Infrastructure." <br />Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Law Department) (First Reading - July 16, 2018; Second <br />Reading- August 20, 2018) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt; made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2018-23. <br />Council President Pro Tem Williams asked, any discussion or questions? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Ordinance Enacted <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2018-25, entitled, "An Ordinance enacting Chapter <br />772 in order to regulate short term rentals." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Law <br />Department) (First Reading - August 20, 2018) <br />Ordinance No. 2018-25 moved to Third Read. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2018-26, entitled, "An Ordinance enacting Section <br />767.772 in Chapter 767 in order to provide for the permit fee for short term rentals." <br />Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Law Department) (First Reading - August 20, 2018) <br /> <br />711 <br />Ordinance No. 2018-26 moved to Third Read.
