I don't know if you know this; but she hand carries all of the water to the garden to water it. <br />I love butterflies and I love the fact that she has done so much as other people have to make this <br />beautiful for Mayfield Village. Thank you from my heart and from those who know and appreciate <br />the garden. <br />DEPARTNIENT HEAl) REPORTS: <br />Diane Wolgamuth (Administration) - Just a reminder that the final public meeting for the <br />Master Plan is scheduled for next Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Room. Also, a head's <br />up that this year the Volunteer Appreciation Dinner has been scheduled for November 2°d. That <br />will also be at the Community Room. Invitations will be sent out soon. Thank you. <br />.1fohn Marrelli (Building) <br />Planning Commission - met two weeks ago and again tonight on the Tuff Shed <br />Conditional Use Pernuts which you will see under New Business to be voted on by <br />Council. <br />Board of Appeais - will be meeting tomorrow. We have two items to go over. <br />Architectural Review Board - met on the 13th for a home addition. We tabled the <br />addition for more information. <br />Mary Betsa (Council) - A couple of upcoming events: <br />. Thursday, September 20t', NOCCA meeting. Sari Feldman, Executive Director will be <br />speaking on the Cuyahoga County Public Library <br />. October 31 St-November 2°d - OI110 Municipal League 67th Annual Conference in <br />Columbus <br />If anyone is interested in attending any of the above events, please let me know. <br />Chief Eugene Careioppolo (Fire) - I just wanted to thank everyone who came to the First <br />Responders' Memorial Ceremony. It meant a lot to my department and members there. There <br />was such a large turnout. It was appreciated. Thank you all for that. Just to give everyone an <br />update on calls. As of last year, we were at 913 calls for the year. This year we are at 996. We <br />are 83 calls ahead. We are on track to be about 100-120 calls over where we were last year at the <br />end of this year. <br />Shane 1VIcAvinew (Parks and Recreation) <br />o Parks and Recreation Board - We will be meeting this Wednesday. At 6:00 p.m. the <br />Entertainment Committee will meet followed by the Program and Activities Committee <br />meeting at 6:20. At 7:00, the Board will meet. <br />. Commission on Aging - The next meeting will be held this Thursday, September 20"' at <br />the Community Room at 11:00.
