It was when Cleveland
Water was operating their water valves.
Council President Saponaro asked; is that something we would look to Cleveland Water to jump
in on?
Mr. Coyne stated, I don't have enough infoi7nation to make that determination, but I briefly
discussed this with the Mayor earlier. At this point, I would not say there are glowing reports for it, but we have
submitted it to the highest levels of Cleveland Water.
Council President Saponaro stated, if we get additional information, we can also supplement that
report, I would imagine.
Mr. Metzung replied, yes.
Council President Saponaro stated, okay. Terrific. Who else has questions regarding this?
There were none.
ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried
NAYS: None Resolution Adopted
Executive Session
Motion to enter into Executive Session for the ptnrpose of pending or imminent
court action and proposed sale of property.
Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to enter into Executive Session for the
purpose of pending or imminent court action and proposed sale of property.
ROLL CALL: AYES,: All Motion Carried
NAYS: None
Council President Saponaro stated, we will be moving into Executive Session.
