Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. (Law <br />Department) <br />Council President Saponaro stated; this will be moved to Second Read. Is there any discussion <br />or questions on this at this point? <br />Ms. Wolgamuth asked, I believe the next step is to refer this to Plaruiing and Zoning? <br />Council President Saponaro replied; yes; but I want to see if there is any discussion first. Any <br />questions on this Ordinance at all? <br />There were none. Council President Saponaro stated, we will also have a resolution eoming up later, Resolution <br />No. 2018-45. We are going to track it with this Ordinance so we will be reading it.simultaneous <br />in this instance so they are tracked together. With that being said, I am going to move this to <br />Second Reading and refer it to Planning and Zoning for further evaluation. <br />Mr. Coyne stated, one point of order for the record. The agenda has a typo for one of the parcels, <br />831-10-006. We discussed it before the meeting. <br />Ordinance No. 2018-27 was referred to Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2018-28, entitled, "An Ordinance appropriating funds <br />for current expenses and expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period from <br />Januaiy l, 2018 and ending December 31, 2018 and declaring an emergency." Introduced <br />by Mayor Bodnar. (Finance Department) (Read in title only) <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />Mr. Wynne stated, just a brief comment. Tn December, Council Nvill pass the final budget for tliis <br />year as Nvell as a temporary appropriations budget for 20] 9 to get us through the tirst three <br />illonths next year unti] the final budget for 2019 is approved.
