Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, October 15, 2018 <br />Page 7 <br />Mr. Marquardt asked, how long until leaf season is over? <br />Mr. Metzw7g replied, typically it will run into December. We will hopefully be over the Uulk of <br />it by Thanlcsgiving, but it will typically go a couple weeks into December. <br />Committee Reports: <br />Drainage and Infrastructure (Joe Saponaro): We met this evening. We elected Mr. <br />Michalko as our Chairperson. We had an application on Zorn and Metropark that we are <br />considering. We scored it. Stay tuned. We will get more information and reconvene the <br />Committee and address that and then come before council. <br />Citizens Advisorv (Patsy MjU?l: Our last meeting was September 25th. We talked a lot <br />about the sewer conversion on Thornapple and Robley. We adjourned our meeting and <br />then attended the Master Plan meeting. Our next meeting is at the Historical House on <br />October 22nd at 7:00 p.m. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, does anyone else have an}rthing to report on? <br />There were no further reports. <br />OL'DrBUSINESS:. <br />Third Reading of Ordinance N0. 2018-85, entitled, "An Ordinance enacting Chapter <br />772 in order to regulate short term rentals." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Law <br />Department) (First Reading - August 20, 2018; Second Reading - September 17, 2018) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2018-25. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Ordinance Enacted <br />. Third Reading of Ordinance No. 2018-26, entitled, "An Ordinance enacting Section <br />767.772 in Chapter 767 in order to provide for the permit fee for short term rentals." <br />. Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Law Department) (First Reading - August 20, 2018; <br />Second Reading - September 17, 2018) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2018-26. <br />Council 1'resident Saponaro asked, discussion?
