Motion to amend the appropriations buciget for the following line. item: 101.780.50340 - Additional Legal Fees - Director of Law - increase by $70,000 to 800,000.00. (Finance Department) Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to amend the appropriations budget for the following line item: 101.780.50340 - Additional Legal Fees - Director of Law - increase by $70,000 to 200,000.00. (Finance Department) Council President Saponaro asked, any discussion? Mr. Wynne stated, I would just like to comment on this. Of the $200,000 this year, approximately $25,000 of that when it is a11 said and done with relates to the litigation matter with the Intergenerational Park which we have already been reimbursed for from the bond carrier for the contract. Council President Saponaro stated, thank you. Any other discussion? There was none. ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYS: None Appropriations Budget Amended Motion to amend the appropriations budget for the folloeving line item: 101.780.50342 - Additional Legal Fees - Outside Counsel - ancrease by $20,000 to $60,000. (Finance I2epartment) Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to amend the appropriations budget for the following line item: 101.780.50342 - Additional Legal Fees - Outside Counsel - increase by $20,000 to $60,000. (Finance Department) Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? Mr. Wynne stated, similar to the prior motion, there is a matter being handled by this legal counsel which is also being handled by the insurance company. There's about $16,000 worth of legal fees that they are going back to the insurance carrier to try and recover those fees on our behalf.
